Individual rankings:

I'm late to the party on this, so stick with me here - the Raptor's defense ranks ridiculously well on Synergy. It's the second-highest ranked defense overall, but that doesn't even tell half the story. They rank in the top 10 of almost every play type category: pick-and-roll, spot-ups, cuts, transition, hand-offs, and post-ups. The only one they're doing poorly in is isolation, which is worth remembering in the playoffs when the games start to slow down. Toronto went 1-2 on the week, losing to the Trail Blazers and Spurs and beating the Hornets. Not ideal, but not as bad as some other Eastern teams have had it lately.
