Bucks To Play Celtics in Return to the MECCA

A classic rivalry will be renewed on October 26th, when the Milwaukee Bucks take on the Boston Celtics in the MECCA.  The Bucks revealed their opponent during a press conference on Tuesday morning.  They also revealed the date of the game and the jerseys to be work.

The game will be nationally televised on TNT, and the Bucks will be wearing throwback uniforms.  Here is a look at the uniforms:

Everything about the Return to the MECCA is pretty much perfect.  Some wanted to see the "Irish Rainbow" uniforms, but I think this is a good look for the game.  The opponent is one of the best they could have chosen.  The Bucks and Celtics battled in the 80s, with the Celtics winning most of those matchups.  The other opponent that would have worked would be the Philadelphia 76ers.

The arena's seating capacity is only 11,000, so if you want to confidently secure a ticket you should look at either a Season Ticket Plan or the 50th Anniversary SuperPass.  Hopefully, Giannis Antetokounmpo has been working on his skyhook for this game.
