The Fever welcome the WNBA's top team to Indiana in their lone game of the week.

The Indiana Fever finally got back into the win column this past week, and it was another improbable one. They were able to beat the Sparks on their own court (granted, it was without forward Nneka Ogwumike and guard Alana Beard), and held on during crunch time, which is a situation that has not been kind to them this season.

To keep everything in perspective, this is only the Fever's third win of the season. It is, however, an important psychological victory, one that should be especially meaningful to the young team. They'll continue to take their lumps, and it's up to vets like Cappie Pondexter and Candice Dupree to keep the ship steady.

Tuesday, July 24: vs Seattle Storm (7:00 pm ET)

This is the second meeting of the season between these two teams. Back on June 22, Indiana was able to hang tough thanks to their bench, but an 8-point second quarter ultimately did them in.

Things will be looking a little different this time around. Seattle is currently the top-ranked team in the WNBA, and the Fever have added Cappie Pondexter to their ranks, which will make Indiana's minutes distribution look quite different compared to that of their last game against the Storm.

What hasn't changed? Breanna Stewart is still playing like an MVP candidate, for starters. She's a tough cover for any team, especially a shorter one like the Fever. Seattle will continue to look for corner 3-point shots in transition, so the Fever will need to be disciplined offensively to limit such opportunities.
