This week we learned that playing in the NBA is not every player's dream, some have bigger dreams. March Madness has taken over my life. Sometimes bells don’t always work the way we want them to. Once again the NBA is the best league.

This week Glen “Big Baby” Davis was arrested for allegedly selling drugs out of a hotel room.

I have seen many movies and tv shows about the drug trade, so I'm basically an expert. There are several places where things went wrong. The biggest problem was that he wrote names down of people that owed him money. Stringer Bell once stopped a man from taking notes on criminal conspiracy. No one seems to have had Mr. Glen's back. It's always good to surround yourself with people to advise. Going out into the drug solo is never a good idea, as we can see rookie mistakes happen. The Wire is available on HBO if Mr. Big ever wants to really shake up the drug game.

Mr. Baby had someone record him giving the usual spiel, "I'll have my day in court. I made a lot of jump shots for this money." The video was recorded on a private plane while he was eating Popeyes, next to a large bag of cash. Sitting next to large piles of cash is never the best way to prove your innocence in a drug case, but go off Mr. Baby.

 We're all hooked on the March Madness drug. Another time I'll get on my soapbox about the NCAA, but we're here for a good time. 

Athletes, they're just like us

Everyone knows about meeting certain criteria to get that raise or bonus. Mr. Harkless knows this all too well. Last season he met his required 3 point percentage and stopped shooting. We all know how to just enough to secure the bag. It's always good to see someone do just enough to get paid all the money.   

With that three-point attempt, Maurice Harkless has now reached 100 attempts. Harkless is now eligible to receive a $500K bonus if his three-point % is greater than 35%. Entering tonight, Harkless was shooting 37.1% from 3.
