I don’t mean to brag (I do, I really do), but I really hope a few of you were able to pick up the top 2 suggestions from last week’s article.

Fournier’s ownership went from 9% to 74% after a week where he averaged 22 PTS, 4 REB, 3 AST, 3 3PM on 52% FG and 91% FT. Bazemore’s ownership also went from 11% to 56% after a week where he averaged 13 PTS, 4 REB, 3 AST, 2.3 STL, 2 3PM on 56% FG and 88% FT.

Not bad for 2 guys who were available in most deep leagues last week!

This week we’re going to take a look at PF and C eligible players who are worth looking at in deep leagues.

Dwight Powell (Dallas Mavericks, PF)

Owned in 11% of Yahoo leagues.
4 games scheduled between Monday 9th November and Sunday 15th November.

Why is Dwight worth adding?
Dwight has quietly been putting up some nice numbers, over the past 7 days he’s been averaging 13 PTS, 9 REB, 2 AST, 1 STL on 49% FG and 71% FT (not bad for a big man).

Given the age of Dirk and Zaza and the lack of young talent on the Mavericks roster it’s only a matter of time until Powell steals even more minutes off Zaza.

Nemanja Bjelica (Minnesota Timberwolves, PF)

Owned in 14% of Yahoo leagues.
5 games scheduled between Monday 9th November and Sunday 15th November.

Why is Nemanja worth adding?
Minnesota players are going to be popular streaming and waiver wire options this week due to their 5 game schedule, but Nemanja seems to be the best option if he’s available.

In the last 7 days he’s been averaging 9 PTS, 8 REB, 3.3 STL, 1 3PM and 1 STL a game. While those averages don’t sound impressive, he’s also averaging 32 minutes in that time span and looks to be the preferred big man off the bench (Dieng’s averaging 20 minutes a game this season).

It also helps that he’s primarily backing up Garnett, who has played more than 13 minutes a game only twice this season.

Dewayne Dedmon (Orlando Magic, C)

Owned in 3% of Yahoo leagues.
4 games scheduled between Monday 9th November and Sunday 15th November.

Why is Dewayne worth adding?
No, that’s not a typo, that’s really how his first name is spelt. Dewayne’s value is tied to when Vucevic returns and is a very short-term option for Monday and Wednesday’s games (more if Vucevic is out for longer).

As a starter he has averaged 11 PTS, 7 REB and 3 BLK on 46% FG and 86% FT. I know, small sample size and all, but it’s encouraging and the kind of production you’re looking for in a deep league add.

Kelly Olynyk (Boston Celtics, C)

Owned in 6% of Yahoo leagues.
4 games scheduled between Monday 9th November and Sunday 15th November.

Why is Kelly worth adding?
I hate being the guy who recommends adding one of the 5 Celtics big men, but Kelly has been putting up decent enough numbers for me to do it.

His 19 PTS, 7 REB, 4 AST, 4 STL, 3 3PM night is worth a speculative add to see how Brad Stevens handles his minutes over the next week. Brad likes to reward players for good games so he’s a good chance of cracking 20+ minutes again soon.
