Fantasy Basketball Week 10 Schedule Preview (Monday-Thursday)

Fantasy basketball managers should be looking to get a games played advantage in head-to-head leagues. Here is how to use the schedule to accomplish that goal in week 10.

Fantasy basketball managers should be looking to get a games played advantage in head-to-head leagues. Here is how to use the schedule to accomplish that goal in week 10.

Fantasy basketball managers should sit all San Antonio Spurs this week. They already Monday’s game postponed leaving them just two games this week. They have not played since Feb. 14 as they are dealing with a host of players in the health and safety protocols.

Week 10 presents plenty of streaming opportunities. Managers in head-to-head leagues should use the schedule to their advantage. Let us take a look at the Advanced Schedule Grid to do just that.

Team that play five times (1)

Wizards.

Teams that play four times (19)

Hawks, Celtics, Hornets, Bulls, Mavericks, Pistons, Warriors, Rockets, Clippers, Lakers, Grizzlies, Heat, Timberwolves, Knicks, Thunder, Suns, Kings, Raptors, Jazz.

Teams that play three times (9)

Nets, Cavaliers, Nuggets, Pacers, Bucks, Pelicans, Magic, 76ers, Trail Blazers.

Team that plays twice (1)

Spurs.

Fantasy basketball talking points

  1. The All-Star break is approaching which means teams could be more cautious with injured players. There is no need to risk someone at less than 100 percent with an extended break on the horizon. Be sure to watch your leagues closely.
  2. Trade season should be in full swing in fantasy basketball leagues. Look for ways to upgrade your roster this week.
  3. The Pistons are a team to watch in Week 10. Delon Wright is out with an injury, so Dennis Smith Jr. could get an extended run with his new team. Saddiq Bey looks to be taking on a larger role as well. Be on the lookout for pickups in Detroit.
  4. The Washington Wizards have the best schedule of the week with five games, but it is not an easy slate. They play on the road against the Lakers, Clippers, Nuggets, and Celtics.
  5. The San Antonio Spurs have the worst slate with just two tentative games.
