We’re almost 20% of the way through the fantasy basketball season, and waiver wires are starting to look a little thin. This week presents itself with a few options worthy of a spot on your deep league roster, so let’s take a look at some players owned in 8% or less of Yahoo leagues.

Nik Stauskas (Philadelphia 76ers, SG)

Owned in 8% of Yahoo leagues.
4 games scheduled between Monday 21st November and Sunday 27th November.

Why is Nik worth adding?
Stauskas is starting to look confident on the court, and it’s showing in his numbers, putting up an average of 15.3 PTS,2.8 3PM, 1 STL and an unsustainable 65% FG over the past 7 days. You should always be weary of a player’s points total after a week of high percentage shooting, but Nik has shown enough in the past to make us think he can continue to be a source of 3PM for at least the next few weeks.

Tony Snell (Milwaukee Bucks, SG/SF)

Owned in 4% of Yahoo leagues.
3 games scheduled between Monday 21st November and Sunday 27th November.

Why is Tony worth adding?
Snell looks to have carved out a role for himself as the starting shooting guard in Milwaukee, on a team desperate for outside shooting. In the past 7 days, Snell has averaged 11.3 PTS, 5.3 REB, 2.3 3PM, and most importantly, 30 minutes of playing time. The minutes are there for Tony, it’s just up to him to see what he can do with them.

Justin Holiday (New York Knicks, SG/SF)

Owned in 1% of Yahoo leagues.
3 games scheduled between Monday 21st November and Sunday 27th November.

Why is Justin worth adding?
Justin is another player currently going through a nice shooting streak, averaging 52% FG and 88% FT over the past 7 days, along with 9.8 PTS, 3.8 REB and 1.5 3PM. If you’re in a super-deep league, he’s worth an add until he cools off.

Alan Williams (Phoenix Suns, PF)

Owned in 7% of Yahoo leagues.
4 games scheduled between Monday 21st November and Sunday 27th November.

Why is Alan worth adding?
Alan is getting minutes due to Chandler being out for family reasons, so it’s worth checking Chandler’s status closer to the game before adding Alan. Williams has shown the ability to be a per-36 monster, so if the minutes are there, he’ll likely produce.

Tony Allen (Memphis Grizzlies, SG/SF)

Owned in 3% of Yahoo leagues.
4 games scheduled between Monday 21st November and Sunday 27th November.

Why is Tony worth adding?
With Chandler Parsons out for at least two weeks, it opens up some extra playing time for the steals specialist. The minutes will be there, so long as he’s healthy. Tony is currently listed as day-to-day, so he’s another player to check the status of closer to game-time.
